Leather Warranty

Leather Crack/Peel Coverage:

If the leather cracks or peels under normal usage within 2 years from the date of purchase, the customer will receive a 1:1 replacement (a brand-new wallet).

Replacement Eligibility

Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Replacement is applicable only if any of the following issues are identified during delivery:

1. Stitching Defect

Loose stitching, open stitches, uneven stitching, or any visible stitching error.

2. Zipper Quality Issue

Jamming, lack of smooth movement, breakage, or any manufacturing-related fault.

3. Button / Snap Defect

Loose buttons, improper locking, or snaps opening repeatedly.

4. Edge Paint / Gum Issue

Peeling edge paint, cracks on the edges, or gum becoming loose.

5. Inner Lining Defect

Torn, sagging, or visibly defective inner lining.

6. Card Slot Loose

Card slots failing to hold cards properly under normal usage.

7. Logo / Branding Fade

Logo or branding fading or peeling off despite normal use.

8. Shape Deformation

Wallet losing its shape, bending, or flattening unusually within a short period of use.

9. Any Manufacturing Defect

Incorrect cutting, stitching misalignment, uneven leather surface, or any other factory-related issue.

Important Notice

Except for Leather Crack/Peel, all other defects must be identified at the time of delivery.

If these issues appear after delivery, replacement will not be applicable.
